How to apply for graduate and postgraduate courses
U.F.O. University offers only full-time courses which are held in Albanian language. The students are accepted through an examination process of their portfolio. The candidates must present the official high school certificate obtained in Albania or abroad (the latter should go through the adaptation process in accordance with the criteria set by the Albanian Ministry of Education).
The portfolio should include the following documents:
- High school certificate, authorized by the Education Directory of the appropriate town.
- A letter expressing the student’s desire to participate in the examination of portfolios and the preferred course.
- U.F.O University Application form.
- Birth Certificate with attached photograph.
- Copies of other qualification certificates that the new student may have obtained.
- Four photographs.
U.F.O. University accepts students from other universities who wish to finish their studies at this university but with the condition that they must continue at the same subject that they studied at their former university. In such cases, the academic year that they can enroll depends on the programme of the subject they have studied and its similarity with the U.F.O. University programmes. The documentation needed will be transferred to the Adaptation Commission of programmes led by the Dean of the appropriate faculty, based on the faculty regulations.
